2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the State of Oregon who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, owners, officers, and immediate family members or household members of Ebb & Ember are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period: Ongoing.

4. How to Enter:

  • Online entry: Complete the entry form here. Limit one (1) entry per person.

  • Free alternate method of entry (AMOE): To enter without using the online form, mail a 3x5 card with your full name, address, email, phone number, and date of birth to: Ebb & Ember Giveaway, 173 NE. Bridgeton Rd, Portland, Or. 97211. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.

5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive [1 Sauna Session]. Approximate Retail Value ($59): $[Fifty-nine dollars]. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. No substitutions except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection & Notification: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about the end of the month. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within [3] days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached within [3] days, does not respond, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

9. Privacy: Information collected through this promotion will be used in accordance with Ebb & Ember's Privacy Policy. Entrants' information will not be sold to third parties. Signing up for the Ebb & Ember newsletter is optional and not required to enter or win.

10. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

11. Publicity Release: Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name and city of residence by Sponsor for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Governing Law: This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. All claims must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.

13. Winner's List: To receive a copy of the winner's name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above by the 15th of the month.
