  Ebb and Ember ("we," "us," or "our") operates ebbandember.com and provides sauna and cold-plunge sessions and memberships. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

  Information we collect. When you book a session, purchase a membership, sign up for updates, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, and booking details. We collect payment information through our secure third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.

  How we use your information. We use your information to confirm and manage bookings, send session reminders and account notifications, respond to your questions, process payments, and, where you have separately opted in, send promotional messages about Ebb and Ember.

  SMS / text messaging. If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the message types you consented to (such as booking confirmations, reminders, and, with separate consent, promotions). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for help.

No sharing of mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our booking platform and payment processor), and only as needed to provide our services.

Data retention and security. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
